House located 20 yards from sea.
The accommodation comprises
two public rooms; three double bedrooms;
fully-fitted kitchen; bathroom with shower and wc;
also separate toilet with wash hand basin on 1st floor.
DOWNSTAIRS
Small vestibule: at front door.
Main lounge/dining-room: fireplace, television, lounge and dining-room furniture.
Bathroom: bath/shower, wash-hand basin and W.C.
Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, etc., room also includes a fireplace with electric
fire.
Kitchen: (fully-fitted) with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and
small dining-area. Crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The kitchen
has one door leading to living-room/dining-room and another leading to the back
hall which has a back door leading to small back garden with drying area.
UPSTAIRS
Lounge: Large sun-room with a sea view, looking towards Mull of Oa and Irish
coast, Room also contains lounge furniture, bed-settee and bunk bed settee.
First bedroom: contains three single beds with bedroom furniture.
Second bedroom: has double bed and bedroom furniture.
